Beyond Body provides a friendly health & wellness community specifically targeted towards people of most ages and fitness levels. We pride ourselves on supporting and mentoring people of all nationalities, ages and abilities to feel comfortable and accepted into a group of like minded individuals, who aspire to create change and lead healthy and active lifestyles.

Beyond Body is specifically catered for everyday people who aspire to create a healthier lifestyle. Over the years we have aimed to create a more holistic approach to health and well being by implementing a program which includes but is not limited to a healthy and realistic approach to nutrition, education for people to understand all things health, nutrition & fitness, mental health as well as the physical side and creating a positive balance with in each of our clients lives. We have created, from the very beginning a private online community where all of our clients can learn, interact and talk openly without fear of ridicule or judgement. Our approach has always been an all round focus on all aspects of health & wellbeing not just the physical aspect. Amanda is not your average coach, she offers a non text book approach to coaching and her training, as well as a range of different workouts and exercises from Boxing, Core, Strength training, Tabata workouts, Junk Yard style workouts, HIIT Training, Cardio, Circuit Training and much more!
